Charter Fee: 50% of the total charter fee is required to confirm a reservation. The remaining balance must be paid before or at boarding.

Charter Time: From 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM.

Charter Duration: 8 hours from the confirmed departure time. Overtime is available at an extra cost, subject to the captain’s approval.

Embarkation/Disembarkation: Marina Ibiza Port, at the boat berth (unless otherwise agreed).

Fuel Cost: Fuel is not included and will be calculated based on consumption at the end of the charter. Payment is by credit card (American Express not accepted).

Captain: The captain is included in the charter price. Tips or overtime must be paid in cash directly to the captain.

Cancellation Policy:

• Full refund for cancellations made at least one month prior to the charter date.

• 50% refund for cancellations made at least 15 days prior.

• 25% refund for cancellations made at least 10 days prior.

• No refund for cancellations made less than 5 days prior.

• In case of bad weather (winds gusts of 25 knots or above, or rain), the charter can be rescheduled or refunded.
